Process for Foremind Access When an Employee Leaves
When an employee leaves an organisation, whether voluntarily or through termination, the organisation determines whether to extend their Foremind access beyond their final working day.
- Access duration: Most organisations provide up to 4 weeks of continued access, with some offering up to 3 months.
- Decision: The decision on any additional access rests solely with the employer in consultation with Foremind.
- Employee involvement: Under no circumstances can a departing employee dictate or negotiate the terms of their ongoing access.
- Confirmation: All access arrangements are confirmed directly between the organisation and Foremind.
