• A short pre-recorded video from our founder, walking through the platform and showcasing how it works.

This is a great choice if you’re after a simple and efficient way to get started.

2. Launch Webinar

Looking for a more interactive and engaging introduction? Our live webinar is the way to go.

• A member of our team will host a 15-minute walkthrough of the platform, followed by a live Q&A session.
• Staff will be guided through all key features and shown how to make the most of Foremind.

This option gives your team the opportunity to ask questions and get real-time answers.

Onboarding Options

We offer several easy ways to help your team get set up and engaged with Foremind:

1. Posters with QR Codes

We can supply professionally designed Foremind posters featuring QR codes, perfect for displaying in staff common areas. These make it easy for employees to scan and register on the spot.

2. Information PDF

A two-page PDF that clearly explains what an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is, how Foremind works, and the confidentiality of the support provided. It’s a useful resource to support registrations and can be shared with new staff as part of your ongoing onboarding process.

3. System-Generated Invites

Prefer a hands-off approach? Simply provide us with your employees’ first names, last names, and email addresses. We’ll send you an Excel spreadsheet template to fill in, we can then send out system-generated invitations for easy registration.
