How do additional Sessions work?
If someone requires more than their allocated sessions:
- The staff member will request additional sessions directly with their counsellor.
- We will notify your organisation (without sharing the staff member’s identity).
- You can then choose whether to approve the extra sessions.
Note: The Proactive & Thrive Plan is designed for around 10% of staff using 4 sessions each. If additional sessions are requested but overall usage remains within this range, we are generally happy to allow the extra sessions to be drawn from the existing pool.
