How do additional Sessions work?

If someone requires more than their allocated sessions:

  1. The staff member will request additional sessions directly with their counsellor.
  2. We will notify your organisation (without sharing the staff member’s identity).
  3. You can then choose whether to approve the extra sessions.

Note: The Proactive & Thrive Plan is designed for around 10% of staff using 4 sessions each. If additional sessions are requested but overall usage remains within this range, we are generally happy to allow the extra sessions to be drawn from the existing pool.
