Reporting a hazard

If your organisation has instructed you to report incidents through the Foremind platform, you can do so easily:

  1. Log in to the Foremind platform.
  2. Click the Report an Incident button at the bottom-right corner of the screen (next to the Feedback button).
  3. Follow the prompts to submit your report.
