Overseas support

Do you cover NZ & UK?

• Yes we are able to provide coverage for your NZ team - we have counsellors in every major city of Australia which they’ll be able to access via video call. We have coverage seven days a week from 7 am to 9 pm on most days to ensure flexible support.
• Currently we would not be able to provide coverage for the UK, but this is something we will be looking at in 2025.
