What resources are available on the platform?

Foremind's Resources

With Foremind, you have access to more than just counselling — our platform includes a range of mental health and wellbeing resources to support you.

You can access them from the Resources tab at the top of the Foremind home page.

Our resources are organised into three sections:

  1. Read – A wide variety of articles and written guides covering different mental health and wellbeing topics.
  2. Listen – Guided meditations and audio resources designed to help you relax, refocus, and build resilience.
  3. Watch – Lived-experience video stories aimed at inspiring change, fostering hope, and encouraging positive action.
